“Don’t cry.” They say. “You’re too emotional” They say. My mind is stuck. Stuck in a place of misunderstanding. Emotions are necessary. They open a door to a place of vulnerability. We push them down. We do not let them lead. But to be free… we must feel, validate, be seen.
